This delicious main features a flavour elevation with the inclusion of a sweet and enticing glaze made with native Australian Davidson Plum puree and Australian Honey. We've sourced both these ingredients from local producers in the Northern Regions of NSW to bring you a show-stopping, succulent ham with an Australian twist.
