    Product Details

    Safe and fuss-free, these briquettes make it quick and easy to have a glowing barbecue ready in no time. No firelighters are required, just light with a match. Easy-Lite relies on heat being transferred between briquettes as they are being lit, for best results using the full bag in a Weber sized BBQ is recommended.  Easy-Lite is not designed for camp ovens or small BBQs where less than 1.5kg of briquettes is required.  Easy-lite is not recommended when using the Snake or Low & Slow methods of barbecuing. Use your Easy-Lite bag as soon as it is opened, or firelighters will need to be used.

    Directions

    Indirect cooking for roasting
    Separate the baskets and place a drip tray in between, replace the cooking grill and leave lid on while cooking.
    Direct cooking for grilling
    Leave the baskets in the centre of the lower fire grill, replace the cooking grill and cook directly over the briquettes.
    Storage Instructions: Store in dry area away from heat and open flames.
