Each Effervescent Tablet contains:
Thiamine (Vitam in B1) (as thiamine hydrochloride) 15 mg
Riboflavi n (Vitamin B2) (as riboflavin sodium phosphate) 15 mg
Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 50 mg
Pantothenic ac id (Vitamin B5) (as calcium pantothenate) 23 mg
Adults: 1 tablet daily dissolved in 200 ml of water, or as directed by your health professional.
