    Product Description: A nutrient-rich ancient grain flour with a gentle nutty, sweet taste. A creamy-grey coloured flour with a sweet, nutty flavour. Produced by milling the whole barley grain, then extracting the inedible husk and sifting off the bran. This nutrient-rich flour retains moisture and adds a cake-like texture to yeast-raised baked goods.
