YES YES YES. Be frank, I never use or known of semolina flour, thought may be some kind of fancy flour name. I went to google and look for the best of semolina recipes. OMG! I just can't get enough of semolina flour now. Really hard to distinguish the taste between the ordinary flour and semolina flour but I notice the result of my carrot cake was much lighter, fluffier and be warn U will have a second slice to be sure.
