Directions

1. Empty contents of one sachet into a heatproof bowl and add 1 cup (250 mL) of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
2. Add 1 cup (250 mL) of cold water and stir.
3. Refrigerate until set (minimum 4 hours). Makes 500 mL of jelly.
4. Do not add fresh pineapple, kiwi fruit or paw paw as jelly will not set.
