Produced using mature Italian grown white grape varieties, this delicate and fragrant Balsamic condiment is obtained in the area of Modena by slow reduction and fermentation of the grape must, following the best local tradition. It is ideal as a dressing, base, sauce or marinade. Sweeter and lighter in flavour than darker Balsamic Vinegar of Modena varieties, it is ideal with fish, chicken, vegetables and salad.
