Hydralyte Lemon Ginger Hot Hydration Electrolyte Powder relieves symptoms of dehydration and helps replace water and electrolytes due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating and occasional hangovers.

Dehydration due to:

Signs of mild dehydration
Sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, lethargy, decreased urine output, dark yellow urine.

1. Fill mug with 200mL of boiled drinking water. Do not use any liquid other than water. For infants and children under 12 years, use lukewarm water. 2.Empty contents of one sachet into the mug and stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved. 3.Once cooled to the appropriate temperature, serve immediately. 4.Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. 5.
