How to cook:
- Marinate meat in Marinade Spices for an hour. Then sear the marinated meat on a hot pan.
- Make sauce with onion, tomatoes, yogurt and spices in the Sauce Spice Blend 1 sachet.
- Add seared meat and spices in the Sauce Spice Blend 2 sachet, simmer and serve.
Serve hot with a garnish of fresh coriander and juliennes of ginger.
