Each tablet contains 295mg Magnesium (from Heavy magnesium oxide), 30mg Magnesium (from Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate), 6mg Manganese (from Manganese Amino Acid Chelate), and 60mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), which, supports muscle relaxation, and also helps relieve mild muscle spasms and cramps when dietary intake is inadequate. In addition, Magnesium supports bone health, and eases the symptoms of premenstrual tension.
