Ready in 4 easy cooking steps:
- Pre-heat fan-forced oven to 190°C (200°C conventional)
- Remove duck from the pouch and place skin side up on a lined baking tray
- Place in oven and heat for 15-20 minutes
- Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes
