Queen Natural Lemon Extract is made from natural lemon oil, with each bottle containing the oil content of around 10 lemons. One teaspoon of Natural Lemon Extract is equivalent to one teaspoon of lemon zest and is ideal for use in baked treats, icings, desserts, drinks, dressings and savoury dishes.
