Uncle Tobys Quick Oats are a natural superfood, made from 100% wholegrain rolled oats that are specially cut to make a creamy bowl of goodness in just two and a half minutes, so they're perfect for busy mornings. Uncle Tobys Quick Oats also contain beta-glucan, a soluble fibre that naturally helps lower the reabsorption of cholesterol^. ^A 34g sachet of oats provides a minimum of 1 g beta-glucan. Oats can help lower cholesterol reabsorption as part of a diet low in saturated fat. 3g of beta-glucan each day is required to help lower cholesterol reabsorption.
