Cooking Instructions - 3 Simple Steps:1. Cut 300g of lean chicken breast (or your favourite lean meat)2. Stir-fry meat in a non-stick pan until brown, add broccoli and capsicum, then stir-fry for 2 minutes3. Add contents of pouch and stir-fry until ingredients are cooked and sauce is hot. Serve with Kan Tong Udon noodles or rice.
