How to use? Shake. Soak cotton pad and wipe across face, lips and eyes.

How does it work? Garnier Micellar Oil-Infused Cleansing Water has created a new generation of cleansing in a biphase formula, enriched with Micelles and Argan Oil to cleanse and remove make-up. Micelles are an active cleansing ingredient which act as a magnet to capture impurities, make-up and sebum on the skin without vigorous rubbing. Once shaken, the 2 phases are activated to work on all types of make-up.

The following review was submitted by: A bit of a let down who gave this product 3 out of 5 stars.
This product disappointed.....not as effective as I anticipated. Even after vigorous shaking, still left oily residue in face....It did remove make-up but was an expensive option. Back to good old gentle soap and water for me!
