    Our sausages are gluten free. We never add artificial flavours, colours or MSG.

    As a family of traditional butchers.

    That's why we stuff our sausages with 100% Australian pork and beef, fresh-ground pepperoni and cheese. The Godfather Sausages are then seasoned with chilli and Italian spices.

    All our award-winning sausages are made in small batches, to the recipes used by four generations of our family. Back then, artificial flavours and fillers didn't exist and the idea of using them is as unthinkable now as it was in 1910.
