A famous coarsely cut mixture of pork and spices which is fermented and maturated to deliver flavour, Sopressa hot has an added blend of chilli to increase the levels of heat and spice. Sopressa can make an occasion even more special. A glass of Shiraz wine, olives, Italian cheese and bread are perfect accompaniments to this classic Primo salami, which is a must for antipasto platters.
