Coco & Lucas' Beef Cottage Pie is lovingly hand made.
I was given this gorgeous recipe by my good friend Gitta and it's now one of my family's favourites! Gitta has fond memories of her mother cooking this for her and her sisters when they were growing up in Kilkenny, Ireland. With warm, fluffy potato mash, topped with tasty cheddar cheese, baked with lean mince, cooked in yummy beef gravy, hand-cut mushrooms, corn, peas and carrots - this dish is bound to please!
