Do not spray near a naked flame. Store below 30 degree Celsius. Contains Ethanol. It is recommended to skin patch test prior to use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.

Personal Care: For temporary relief of stress, nervous tension and migraine headache, apply direct to forehead, temples and back of the neck twice daily. For relief insomnia, apply before bedtime and sprinkle a few drops on pillow. Add 5 mL (1 capful) to bath water for relaxing bath. For relief of blue bottle stings, tick, wasp and insect bites, apply direct. For soothing relief to sunburn, mix 50% with water and apply as a lotion or as a spray to affected area twice daily. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner. Claims are based on traditional aromatherapy.

Household care: Dilute 50% with water in a spray bottle and use as a room freshener. A few drops can be added to water to mop floors or your laundry rinse water.
