Apple, Cherry & Mesquite


1. Samba Smoking Chips can be used soaked or dry. If soaking, leave 1 cup of chips in water, wine or other liquid flavouring for 25 minutes, and then drain.
2. Spread chips over hot coals, or place in a barbeque smoker box or foil tray if using with a gas BBQ.
3. For a stronger smoke flavouring, cover the grill while cooking, and add more chips periodically.
