Pale in colour and much sweeter than yellow peaches, even while firm.
How to Pick:
Look for stone fruit with smooth & firm skin with a sweet aroma. They should give a little when gently pressed and feel slightly heavy for their size.
How to Store:
Store stone fruit out of direct sunlight, at room temperature. Avoid keeping them in the fridge for a long period of time as this will cause chilling damage. Only wash right before use.
