TO MAKE CHILI GARLIC TACOS
PREP TIME: 5 minutes | COOK TIME: 10 minutes
Makes 6 (2 taco) servings
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp (20 mL) oil
500 g beef strips
1 pkt Cholula Chili Garlic Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup (125 mL) water
12 regular flour or corn tortillas, warmed
DIRECTIONS
1. HEAT oil in large, non-stick pan over med-high heat. Add beef and cook until just browned.
2. STIR in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil.
3. REDUCE heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened and beef is cooked. Spoon into warm tortillas.
Serve with desired toppings, such as salsa, sour cream and cheese.
