    A crisp winter night. An open fire. The scent of eucalyptus leaves drifting through the cool air. I sat on my farm in the Adelaide Hills, watching marshmallows turn golden over the flames, and I wondered - how are these little clouds of sweetness made?


    Curiosity led me to my kitchen, where I whisked and whipped, creating marshmallows in colours and flavours I had only dreamed of. What began as a spark of curiosity became something more. From market stalls in Adelaide to now being in your hands, Cloud Theory has grown into a small team of artisans, proudly crafting the most luxurious marshmallows out of South Australia.
