Tips for a Successful Transition
Avoid switching formulas if your baby is unwell.
Wait for 7-10 days after any vaccinations before starting the transition.
If any allergic reactions occur, pause the transition and seek medical attention immediately.
Do not introduce new complementary foods during the transition period, but you may continue established ones.
