*Research indicates that for best results consume 25g of a plant sterol based spread per day (which contains 2g of active plant sterols) as part of a healthy diet. This is equivalent to 2-3 slices of bread with this spread.
Use together with a balanced, healthy diet low in saturated fats and high in fresh fruit, vegetables and whole-grains.
