    Nature's Way Magnesium Gel contains elemental magnesium (180mg per 5g) with the addition of traditional herb Arnica in a fast absorbing gel, easy-to-apply throughout the day, post workout and before bed.

    Arnica is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve:
    • Muscle aches & pains
    • Symptoms of muscle sprains & strains
    • Mild muscle inflammation
    • Bruise pain and swelling

    Magnesium chloride hexahydrate 302mg/g
    Equiv. to Magnesium 36mg/g
    Arnica montana ext. dry conc. 2mg/g
    Equiv. to dry flower 20mg/g

    Contains: Contains phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, sulfites.

    APPLICATION SUGGESTION:
    Apply 5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) as required to the affected area and massage into the skin until fully absorbed.
