Apparently the name is French, but we’re not sure the French ones are as good as ours. Over here, we just call it a fancy steak, because the only way to improve on fresh Aussie pork is to stuff it with garlic butter. You’re welcome.
Cooking Instructions
Heat a frypan or grill plate and lightly oil.
Remove pork from packaging and place in heated pan or grill plate.
Cook for 6-8 mins per side, or until cooked through. Enjoy!
