The garlic is harvested when the essential oils (that's the flavour, colour and aroma) are at their peak and then transported to our Palmwoods factory where they are washed, chopped and cold blended for fresher flavour that lasts for 4 weeks.*

Adding garlic at the beginning of your cooking will give you a lovely sweet base. If you add your garlic at the end of your cooking the flavour will be more pungent. Garlic is ideal in every cuisine from pastas, to stir fries, dressings and noodles. In cooking use 1 teaspoon of garlic paste to replace 1 clove of fresh garlic or add according to your taste.
