Jerk Drumsticks (Serves 4) 1. Preheat oven to 180 °C fan forced and line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Place 1 kg of chicken drumsticks (approximately 8) into a mixing bowl and coat evenly with rub. 3. Transfer onto tray and bake for 20 - 25 mins. 4. Turn and roast for a further 20 mins or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with your favourite vegetables or salad.
Alternatively, sprinkle the rub on your favourite meat or vegetables and BBQ, grill or roast.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
