Sea Scallop, water, salt.
Store below minus 18°C. Once thawed keep refrigerated below 4°C and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze.
To thaw place desired quantitu of scallops in refrigerator at below 4°C for approximately 8 hours. For quicker thawing place scallops in colander and rinse under cold water for 5 - 7 minutes, rotate scallops for even thawing.
