Coughs, Colds and Flu: For temporary relief of coughs, symptoms of colds and flu and associated fever. Inhalation - Add 5ml to 500mL of hot water and inhale. Sprinkle a few drops onto a handkerchief or pillow.
Arthritis and Muscular Aches and Pains: For temporary relief of arthritic and Muscular aches and pains. Mix 5 drops (1/4mL) with 10 mL vegetable oil, massage into affected areas. If symptoms persist consult Healthcare Professional. Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs.
Cleaning: Add to cleaning water for a sparkling odour free kitchen and bathroom.
Stains, Grease and Tar: Rub with oil moistened cloth.
Woollens and work clothes: Add 2 capsules to wash.
