Personal care
Adults only: for temporary relief of coughs, symptoms of colds and flu, and associated fever, add 5mL (1 capful) to 500mL of hot water and inhale steam. Sprinkle a few drops on handkerchief, in bath or on pillow for additional relief. Massage into chest and back for tropical rub.

For children, mix with equal parts of vegetable oil. Not suitable for children under 2 years of age without medical advice.

Household care
Dilute 50% with water in a spray bottle and use as a room freshener. A few drops can be added to water to mop floors or your laundry rinse water. To remove grease marks on clothes, rub with a damp cloth moistened with oil. Suitable for cleaning stainless steel surfaces.
