How to Use
Shake well before use. Pour or drizzle Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce over wings, burgers, pizza, eggs and more for instant heat and flavour. Mix with melted butter to create classic Buffalo chicken wing sauce at home or stir into mayonnaise, yoghurt or dips for a spicy twist. Perfect for marinades, dressings, and splashing onto eggs for a bold breakfast.
Recipe Idea - Original Buffalo Chicken Wings
Makes 6 servings | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1.25 kg chicken wing pieces
- ½ cup (125 ml) Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- ? cup (80 ml) butter, melted
Directions:
- Bake wings in a foil-lined pan at 230°C for 30 minutes until crispy, turning once.
- Combine Frank’s RedHot Sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Toss wings in sauce to coat completely. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
