Our Gold pasta is produced in the Campania region in Italy, an area of the Naples province and well known for creating the best pasta in the world. It is produced using traditional methods, only from the finest quality Italian durum wheat semolina.
Our artisan pasta is extruded through bronze dyes and slowly dried. This results in a rough texture, allowing better sauce and oil adhesion for a superior flavour.
