Separate the two insoles and cut to size according the cutter guides printed on the insoles with sharp scissors. To select the right cutter guide please see the table below. For optimum comfort do not cut insoles too small. Insert into shoes with cloth side up. To clean, simply wipe with a warm soapy cloth (do not soak).
