Strawberries And Cream - There's no better combination in the confectionery world than strawberry and cream. But Darrell Lea couldn't get it right for a while. He tried to fill soft strawberry twist tubes with pouring cream - but obviously, the cream would just run out the ends. So he replaced the cream with a luscious white choc centre and that's how Strawberry White Stix were born.
