Quick and easy dinner. This is super easy to throw in the oven and if you cut up some potatoes And pumpkins and mix that in With the pork it’s a simple but tasty dinner. The crackling didn’t work for me but that’s ok because I don’t eat it.

Perfection. Totally enjoy this, guaranteed to have a tender piece of pork and the best crackle. Cooking time is spot on. Product of Australia which is so important. For a family it’s not what I would say it to be practical, cost wise or size. However for 2-3 persons I find it ideal. The meat is just so tender, at the moment it’s been a weekly roast choice.

Moist with with a nice crackling. Meat - we cooked this in the air fryer for 45mins at 200oC (with potatoes, carrot, zucchini and capsicum). The meat was nice and moist, and the crackling was perfectly crunchy. Bonus is a lot of fat dripped off making it healthier in the air fryer.there was an ok amount of meat for 2 adults  - enough for two adults to have 3 slices each and a slice for the kids to taste. Certainly wouldn’t serve 4 adults - only  max 2 thin slices each.Price - $18 for a pack means it is $30/kg which is a bit rich for everyday meals. We managed to get it on sale for 1/2 price.packaging - the small window on the box makes it difficult to see what was in the box, some were on side, others you could only see the crackling bit.Overall - a nice moist meat and a tasty meal for 2.

Nice meat, shame about the crackle. I bought two of these pork loin roasts marked down - I believe they're overpriced at the normal price ($18) but I didn't mind paying $6 each. The packaging looks quite fancy, but I think unnecessary, and although there's a window that shows the skin, the meat is hidden. One of the roasts we bought had a minimal amount of fat under the skin, the other had quite a thick layer of fat.We cooked one of the roasts as per instructions, out of the bag as recommended to achieve crunchy crackle. Unfortunately the skin was still quite soft after the suggested cooking time. We didn't want to dry out the meat with longer cooking so we had to remove the top layer and put it under the grill to get a decent crackle. The meat was tender and tasty, and the size was perfect for the two of us (plus a serve leftover).
