Rinse with a small amount of water. After brushing use the Colgate Optic White Whitening Pen to apply gel directly to your teeth. Do not swallow. For best results, use twice daily for three weeks following the recommended dosage. Do not use in children under the age of 12. Whitening pen is not intended to whiten caps, crowns, veneers, fillings or dentures. If you have dental work consult your dentist.
