Continental Naturally Tasty Recipe Base Beef Stroganoff 31 Gr
This Naturally Tasty Beef Stroganoff will give Mama’s Stroganoff a run for its money! A timeless family classic, that’s also made with love.
Simply add 1 tablespoon canola oil, 600g beef rump steak, 200g trimmed and thinly sliced mushrooms, 1 pack of Recipe Base, 1 cup (250mL) water, 3 tablespoons (60g) sour light cream. Pasta to serve.
Prepare: 1) Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook beef in batches, for 3 minutes until browned. Transfer to a bowl and cover to keep warm. 2) Add mushrooms to pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until softened. Return beef to pan and add Recipe Base and water, bringing to the boil while stirring. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce has thickened slightly. 3) Stir in sour cream and cook until heated through. Serve with pasta and steamed green beans.
