Do not pry open or prove into device with any instrument or tool. Replace with same battery. Do not cover the device when in use or place it near sources of heat or ignition. Do not store near heat or open flame. Do not put battery in fire or mutilate. Battery may burst or release toxic materials.

To prepare device:
1. Remove refill from its packaging and remove peel-off foil to start use-up indicator.
Do not touch treated pad.
2. Open front cover and insert refill with orange side down, the close device.
Wash hands thoroughly and immediately after handling refill disk.
To operate device:
3. Slide On/Off switch to "ON" position fan turns on.
4. Clip the unit at waist height to your belt, waistband or in a convenient location next to you. Do not attach to clothing or place in a location above waist height.
5. When finished using OFF! Clip On device, slide ON/OFF switch "OFF".

Storage Instructions: Store in the closed original container in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and pets. Store away from food, beverages and pet food. Store away from heat and out of direct sunlight. Before disposal, ensure refill is fully used according to the label. Dispose of used refill and empty packaging by wrapping in paper, placing in plastic bag and putting in garbage. Do not refill or reuse the disk.
