Water Wheel Memsie Homestead Shiraz 750ml
Winemaker Peter Cumming from Bendigo's Water Wheel Vineyard has produced this lovely easy drinking Shiraz with plenty of character. A super fresh ripe nose with lots of raspberries and a little bit of cedar. Gentle on the palate with some lovely integrated cedary oak. Slightly spicy rhubarb and plums for the finish. A very approachable style.Have it with pizza and BBQs, can be served slightly chilled outdoors. The spicy savoury spice notes pair really well with chicken and thyme or pork and sage dishes.
