We're extremely scientific

Our liquorice engineers are Pedantic about the quality of each Darrell Lea bullet We even have a wind tunnel for aerodynamic trials.

Taste testing? Not so scientific. Using a rubber band and two ballpoint pens, each bullet is flung across the room to the waiting mouth of one of our staff. This doesn't leave many to share so we've had to abandon this method Still got the wind tunnel though.
