What You'll Need:
500 g skinless chicken thigh fillets
1 MasterFoods Somkey Texan Barbecue Marinade
Garden salad or rice to serve

How To Cook:
1. Coat 500 g of skinless chicken thigh fillets (approximately 4) with entire pouch of marinade and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (Conventional) for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
3. Serve with rice and a garden salad.
