Taste: A vibrant and perfumed wine with flavours of bright red fruit characters on the palate with layers of lingering spice and crunchy tannins. It's medium bodied yet full of flavour.Vineyards: Slate Creek est. 1897, Schuller Road Est 1940Winemaking: The parcels of fruit were fermented separately, in small open fermenters for 10 days before being transferred to older French Oak barrels for maturation. The wine spent 10 months in barrel prior to blending.
