Description

Delight your guests with a fun fusion of two classics, pairing bánh mì-style rolls with juicy hot dogs that are both budget-friendly and bursting with flavour.

Instruction tip
Use-it-up tip:

Combine the leftover sausage mince in a bowl and shape into meatballs.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine oil and jam in a bowl. Place sausages on a plate. Brush sausages with oil mixture.

Step 2 of 3

Preheat a chargrill plate or barbecue grill to medium-high. Add sausages and cook, turning and basting with remaining oil mixture, for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through, golden-brown and sticky.

Step 3 of 3

Cut each roll in half from the top, without cutting the whole way through. Spread cut sides with mayonnaise. Fill each roll with a sausage, cucumber, carrot, onion and coriander. Serve topped with chilli.
