Easy and quick lunch box and party food.
Instruction tip
These can be added as well: add in a cup of corn kernels or peas to include some veg, or swap out the meat for veg to make it vegetarian. Add an egg to the mix for added protein and if you want to freeze.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 12 hole muffin tin
Step 2 of 4
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
Step 3 of 4
Scoop into muffin tin (I use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to make the batch even)
Step 4 of 4
Cook until golden on top and a skewer comes out clean, approximately 15 minutes
