What benefits do I get with a Delivery Unlimited subscription?

For a monthly or annual subscription fee, you pay $0 delivery fees on unlimited deliveries on all Same Day and Next Day online orders of $75 or more (excludes Delivery Now).

You pay just $10 delivery fees for Delivery Now - delivery in under 2 hours - saving you at least $5 on orders of $75 or more.

Bag fees and service fees may apply.

What are the different payment options for Delivery Unlimited?

You can choose to pay monthly or annually. You receive a discount on the subscription fee when you choose the annual payment option.

Eligible seniors receive a 10% discount for Delivery Unlimited, to sign up or for more information Contact Us. 

 

Is there a trial available?

Yes, new customers can try Delivery Unlimited free for 30 days. Your selected subscription will automatically start and be charged after the 30 days unless you cancel, which you can do at any time during the trial.

 

Can I cancel my Delivery Unlimited subscription at any time?

Yes. If you decide Delivery Unlimited isn't for you, you can cancel your subscription at any time via the "Delivery Unlimited" section of your account. Your benefits will remain active and available to use for the remainder of the current monthly or annual period you have paid for.

 

How do I change my Delivery Unlimited subscription from monthly to annual, or vice versa?

To switch between monthly and annual payment frequency, you need to first cancel your current subscription in the Delivery Unlimited section of your online account. You'll then need to wait for the remainder of the subscription period to expire before you can sign up to your desired monthly or annual payment option.

 

Do I receive an invoice with my Delivery Unlimited orders?

Yes, all Delivery Unlimited invoices are stored for 12 months from the date of purchase. To locate your Delivery Unlimited invoices, go to My Account/Delivery Unlimited/My Invoices.

 

What is a Delivery Now order?

Delivery Now is a convenient way to get your shopping delivered in under 2 hours and is subject to availability. You can order up to 50 hand picked items from more than 12,000 products in your local store. Your order will be delivered by one of our on-demand partner drivers in your area. To make a Delivery Now order, when choosing your delivery time, simply look for the option clearly marked as “Delivery Now”. With your Delivery Unlimited subscription you pay just $10 for Delivery Now on orders $75 or more, saving at least $5.

 

Are there any restrictions?

Delivery Unlimited doesn't cover remote deliveries, deliveries of bulk orders or shipping fees for Everyday Market orders. Everyday Market items are sold and supplied by our partners and will be delivered separately from your Woolworths items. If your order contains both Woolworths items and Everyday Market items, you'll need to reach the minimum spend for your Woolworths items to get Delivery Unlimited benefits on your Woolworths order.

 

What is an Everyday Market order?

Everyday Market items are sold by our Everyday Market partners and are shipped separately from your Woolworths items. You can identify these items by the orange market stall icon displayed around the product image. Delivery Unlimited benefits do not cover the shipping costs of any Everyday Market orders. If your basket contains both Woolworths items and Everyday Market items, you must still reach the $75 minimum spend on your Woolworths items to receive Delivery Unlimited benefits on that portion of your order.

 

Can I order BWS items as part of my Delivery Unlimited subscription? 

Yes, BWS items sold on Woolworths online are included in your delivery benefits. However BWS products are only available in selected locations. Liquor products are not available in NT, QLD & TAS and are subject to liquor restrictions such as dry zones. Prices and stock availability may vary between stores and states. When it comes to liquor remember they won’t be sold to any person under the age of 18 years, so ID will be needed at point of delivery.

 

Do Service Fees apply to Delivery Unlimited subscribers?

Yes, Delivery Unlimited subscribers may be charged a service fee for Woolworths Online orders. Service fees currently apply to online delivery, Direct to boot, or Pick up on Sundays or public holidays and to remote deliveries in certain areas. Your Delivery Unlimited subscription continues to provide you with benefits that include: $0 delivery fee for eligible orders*, a reduced Delivery Now fee (delivery in under 2 hours). You will be notified of any applicable service fees at online checkout prior to purchase. *Eligible orders that are subject to a $0 delivery fee for Delivery Unlimited subscribers means orders of $75 or more (including GST but excluding Bag Fees and Service Fees) for Same Day (excluding Delivery Now orders) and Next Day deliveries. Service Fees, Bag Fees and Collection Fees may apply.
 

Where do remote area delivery service fees apply?

A service fee of $20 will be applied to deliveries to islands located in postcodes 4183 (North Stradbroke Island) and 4184 (Karragarra Island, Lamb Island, Macleay Island, Russell Island, Coochiemudlo Island). You will be notified of any applicable service fees at online checkout prior to purchase. This service fee is in addition to any delivery or bag fees payable.

 

Why has the price of Delivery Unlimited changed?

To continue providing you with the best convenience and delivery service possible, we have increased our monthly subscription rate from $15 to $17, and annual subscription rate from $119 to $149. If you are on a Senior plan, your 10% discount will automatically apply to the new rate. If you are an existing monthly Delivery Unlimited subscriber we will hold your current rate for 30 days from the 17 June. You will have received an email notifying you of the price change. Delivery Unlimited continues to give you unlimited $0 delivery fees on all eligible orders every day of the week, and reduced fees for Delivery Now. When do the new prices take effect?

The new rates officially take effect from 17 June 2026. For existing subscribers they will take affect on or after 18 July 2026.

For existing subscribers, the exact date you will see the change depends on your individual billing cycle:

• Renewals on or before 17 July: You will be charged the current rate ($15 monthly / $119 annual) for that cycle. Your price will not change until the following month (for monthly plans) or next year (for annual plans).
• Renewals on or after 18 July: Your subscription will automatically renew at the new rate ($17 monthly / $149 annual).

Please note: If you choose to change or upgrade your plan today, the new rates will apply to your account immediately.

If you are on a Senior plan, your 10% discount will automatically apply to the new rate.

 

I'm currently on a 30-day free trial. How does this affect me?

If your 30-day free trial ends before 18 July, your first paid month will be billed at the previous rate of $15. If your trial ends on or after 18 July, your subscription will transition to the new rate of $17 per month. For annual subscribers on a trial that ends between 17 June and 18 July, your first 12 month term is protected at the current rate of $119.
