Meet Nikki P

We introduce the seafood specialist, and make her easy fried prawn recipe.

Hi, I’m Nikki, and for over two decades I’ve been a Woolworths team member.

Mainly serve as a Seafood Manager, but recently as a Fresh Convenience and Service Manager.

I’m also a mum of two gorgeous kids that I just love to cook for!

I’m passionate about making genuine connections with customers, and I’m even known in my local community as ‘Nikki the Seafood Lady’. I’ve made so many of my friends through working at Woolworths and they’ve become like my Australian family. 

Whether I’m hosting dinner parties at my house or having a ‘bring-your-own Filipino dish’ family event, good food is an integral part of my life. For me, a love of food represents an appreciation of everything I’ve worked hard for, and sharing it with others is the ultimate reward. 

I don’t own a single cookbook, as I prefer to cook from my heart. My three favourite ingredients are prawns, soy sauce and vinegar-infused chilli – no surprise they’re all essential to my fried prawn recipe.
