    With the natural sweetness of coconut, Macro Organic Unrefined Coconut Sugar is a delicious alternative to refined sugars. Made by evaporating the sap of coconut palm flowers until crystallised, our unrefined coconut sugar is certified organic and contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

    With delicate caramel notes and a similar texture to brown sugar, Macro Organic Unrefined Coconut Sugar can be used in baking and cooking, or added to tea and coffee as a refined sugar substitute.
