    Roaring Forties is a full flavoured blue with a rich mouthfeel and sweet, slightly fruity character. The unique flavour is developed during its second phase of maturation which occurs under its distinct blue wax coating. Cheese Type: Soft Ripened Blue. Milk: Cow. Origin: King Island, TAS. Serving Suggestion: Pairs well with fruit paste, nuts and a drizzle of honey. Beverage Pairing: Enjoy with white wine styles, dessert wine or craft beer. Delicious on its own, or enjoy as a part of a platter with other King Island Dairy cheeses.
